Mattia e la sua ragazza sono stati bravissimi, mi hanno riportato il camper tutti un ordine, niente da dire, spero di rivederli.

The camper, although not brand new works perfectly, is very performant to drive and comfortable in the interior. Francisco is absolutely the best, despite it was our first experience with the camper he was very helpful, even giving us a ride from the airport. Wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Siamo super soddisfatti della scelta di Gianni Giallo. Alessandro è cortese, attento e disponibile. Gianni Giallo era pulito, comodo e attrezzato. Non ci è mancato nulla! Se mai torneremo in Portogallo on the road, sicuramente faremo la stessa scelta.

Ciccio si è comportato benissimo sulle impervie strade della Costa Verde sarda. Era la nostra prima avventura in camper e siamo stati felicemente sorpresi dalla sua comodità e maneggevolezza. Una pecca però c'è stata sul fatto che il bagno non isola perfettamente da odori sgradevoli... Crediamo che una revisionata al reparto idraulico sia da fare. Bene comunque l'esperienza in sé e la gentilezza e disponibilità di Stefania e marito. Da ripetere!

Il van di Luis è stato il mezzo ideale per il nostro on the road di dieci giorni. Il letto è comodo ed è facile da guidare, siamo andati veramente dappertutto senza problemi. L’unica difficoltà riscontrata per noi è stata la disposizione di wc portatile e mini frigo, posizionati sotto al materasso (e quindi sotto la rete del letto). Un po’ scomodo, ma ci si fa l’abitudine:) Luis è stato molto disponibile e gentile e ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste! Grazie mille per aver reso il nostro viaggio speciale. Consigliato!

Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto gentile, serio, attento e disponibile. Il camper anche se ha qualche anno è molto ben organizzato, sono state sostituite ed aggiunte molte parti anche strutturali che lo rendono molto pratico e sicuro per il viaggio. Per noi è stata una bella esperienza.

Francesco e la sua famiglia, compreso il pelosetto a 4 zampe, hanno fatto un lungo viaggio. Hanno riportato indietro il mezzo in condizioni eccellenti e sicuramente hanno capito cosa vuol dire viaggiare in van. La possibilità di arrivare ovunque è una cosa straordinaria, sarà un onore riaverli di nuovo a bordo :-)

Molto consigliato! Marco e Michela sono due persone gentili e disponibili. Il nostro breve viaggio in van è risultato essere un’esperienza magnifica, da rifare assolutamente!

My first experience with a motorhome has been quite interesting. Of course I was expecting to be needing to adjust to a new travel lifestyle and my friend and I stayed quite open-minded during the entire trip, but we had several disadventures with the vehicle (not to be imputed to the owner), for example the fridge keeping a quite tepid temperature (we couldn't buy meat or any quickly perishable food because of this), water in the toilet sink and shower being very limited since day 1 (and going completely unusable on our 2nd week due to an issue that was figured out just when we gave the vehicle back to the owner), sudden water dropping from a tube apparently for no reason (we were able to fix it thanks to mantainance in one of the campings we stayed into), curtains being extremely delicate so we kept them down most of the time in order to avoid damaging them. The veichle is old, this is the reason why most of these issues showed up, the owner has always been available to provide assistance but he couldn't do much from a distance, so we just lived with them for 2 weeks. Nothing that fully compromised the experience but of course the trip was a bit less smooth than we expected (we may have been just unlucky). With a few touch-ups, the vehicle could be performing better and of course the owner can't be aware of these issues until people renting the vehicle make him aware (Rui and Telma thanked us for highlighting such issues for them to fix, many people just don't say anything to avoid paying for these issues - well, be sure that the owner is extremely kind and open-minded and he knows better when an issue is not depending on your responsibility, feel free to openly talk to him about any concern you may have, he and his family are good listeners and very proactive). Specifically about the owners Rui and Telma, they are very friendly (kudos also to Rui's dad!), they came to pick us up at the airport on arrival and brought us to the airport on our departure. They also proved to be very flexible in terms of cleaning (especially Telma told us not to be worried about cleaning the motorhome and bringing it to a camping for empyting the water, she told us to focus on our sightseeing in Lisbon), they wanted to make up for the issues that we had and offered us to avoid filling the minimum gas before giving the vehicle back. They also gave us a discount for the Via Verde (highway pass) expenses. I'm sure that whoever rents the vehicle from Rui next time won't have big issues, so just go ahead and enjoy your trip. *** reply from Owner*** Hello! Thanks for the feedback. Obviously we always try to ensure that everything runs 100% perfect on every trip and when we check-in we want everything to be working perfectly, but there can always be some setbacks that we cannot control! Taking into account the standard of motorhomes available for rent, we don't think it's an old one at all 😊 but as with everything, maintenance will always be necessary, especially because there are materials that are more fragile. Like a refrigerator that normally works well cannot be guaranteed to do the same on extremely hot days! Whenever there is a problem or operational doubt that requires our help during travel, we are always available to help resolve it and if you are close to travel, we will try to resolve it on the spot (which is only not possible when the location is very far from Lisbon). We are as flexible as possible and will go out of our way to make the experience as fun as possible always!! Best Rui

Ottima esperienza a cominciare da Luis che è stato molto disponibile e chiaro nel darci le informazioni necessarie sul van e consigli sul viaggio. Il van ci è piaciuto moltissimo, ci ha portato dappertutto, è molto accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. Letto comodo anche in due. Molto utile il tavolino con due sedie per poter mangiare fuori. Ci mancherai “Tino” :)

Ottimo veicolo e proprietario disponibilissimo. Ci ha accolto con delle buonissime empanadas argentine e ci ha spiegato come funzionava il mezzo. Lo consigliamo vivamente!!! Grazie Samuel

Il van è come te lo aspetti. Semplice ma funzionale. Facile da guidare e da parcheggiare. Anche per dormire è comodo. Consiglio di portare poche valige, lo spazio ovviamente non è enorme. Pablo è un ragazzo simpatico e disponibile.

È andato tutto bene. Luigi e il suo collega Francesco sono veramente due persone gentili e corrette. Grazie e alla prossima

Thank you Alex. You were the best host ever, always available from the very beginning and also during our journey you were making sure everything was going fine. The van was pretty old and a little dirty but the host made sure it was cleaned again once I got there. This van is very essential: there isn’t the possibility to connect it to the electricity, but the second battery will guarantee the functioning of everything for one day at least after 2 hours of engines running.If you are looking for something essential this van is for you.And the host - Luis Alejandro - he is the best ever! 5 stars.

Il Proprietario è una persona in gamba ed affidabile! E' stato molto gentile a fornirci tutto il necessario per la vancanza, anche a livello di servizio (transfer in aeroporto, assistenza continua durante il viaggio, etc) - Il Van scelto si è rivelato un perfetto compagno di viaggio per le nostre vacanze! Straconsigliato!

Such a beautiful experience! I recommend it to everyone! The van let you visit all the best spots around Lanzarote, and see the best sunrise and sunset. It’s quite easy to drive considering that this was our first time! The owner was super nice and friendly, ready to help if necessary.
