Unfortunately the RV was not as advertised. I had called Yescapa before leaving for this trip because I had read the previous negative review and was worried about my trip. Unfortunately this call didn’t change a thing, even if I was assured that the RV just recently passed a quality check. When we picked up the RV on a Sunday, the wheels were so consumed they had cracks (photo attached). It was not clean at all, actually quite dirty, so me and my wife had to go buy cleaning supplies and use our first vacation day (honeymoon) to clean it thoroughly: there were white hairs all over, crumbs and spots and stains. If you lift the mattress you can see for yourself too, and also find some very tiny bugs that infested the RV. The grey and black waters were not emptied and the actual water tank was not full. We had to do it all. While driving the fridge will open even if you put the “lock” on. Overall on the exterior, the back is damaged and has tape to keep it together. On top of this I had to schedule a mechanic to change the tires on the second day because I refused to drive it in such dangerous conditions, the owner, Susana, is not on the island and we had to do all ourselves while exchanging messages between each other. She sends a friend to deliver the RV and pick it up by the way so there you can guess probably why the lack of attention or cleanliness. We had to initially accept the RV rental because we were left with no alternatives, bear in mind it was also a Sunday so no Yescapa customer care available. Beware, stay away from this rental. ** reply from Owner*** Respecto al tema de las ruedas como ya comenté , recién paso la autocaravana la itv sin problema alguno en las ruedas ... Desde el primer momento que me contactaron, accedí a cambiarlas asumiendo el coste y les pregunte si preferían llevar ellos la autocaravana al taller o a través mío y se ofrecieron a llevarla ellos ... Por todo esto ya se les ha descontado un día y medio del alquiler , así que además tener que asumir una crítica tan negativa creo que es demasiado , teniendo en cuenta que ya tienen la constancia del cambio . Tomo nota del resto de comentarios para que no se vuelva a repetir .

I've tasted freedom for one week. The vehicle is essential but it features all the equipment you need for a full van experience. The bed is enormous. Martin has been very kind, helpful communicative.

Il van, piccolo ma completo, ci ha permesso di vivere l'isola senza farci mancare niente. Le istruzioni di Erika sulla gestione del mezzo sono chiare e facili, e comunque si mantiene sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno. La modalità di viaggio in van non è sicuramente il modo più comodo per viaggiare l'isola, ma ci ha permesso di vivere la natura del luogo appieno, a contatto con mare, sabbia e sole.

Tutto è andato secondo i piani, il van è stato restituito pulito ed in ordine.

Viaggio stupendo con questo super Van. Mi ha permesso di essere indipendente e raggiungere i posti che desideravo. Ogni comfort, proprietari gentilissimi e esaustivi nella spiegazione del funzionamento del mezzo. Grazie per questa bellissima esperienza

Il nostro viaggio in camper ha avuto tre componenti perfette: le coste del Portogallo, il semplice e magnifico mezzo che ci ha accompagnati e la disponibilità di João. Consiglierei a chiunque di prenotare uno dei suoi van e vivere questa esperienza🫶🚐

Il camper è molto grande e spazioso, eravamo in due e siamo stati molto comodi. Piuttosto nuovo, con piccoli segni di usura. Abbiamo riscontrato però un pochino di disattenzione nella pulizia interna quando ci è stato consegnato riguardo stoviglie, bagno piano cottura e lavandini, che abbiamo segnalato al proprietario. Il proprietario è stato disponibile fin dall'inizio e ha risposto sempre abbastanza velocemente ai nostri messaggi durante il viaggio. Consiglio questo camper se si vuole stare comodi, ma consiglio anche di ispezionarlo bene sia internamente che esternamente al momento della consegna iniziale.

Servizio ottimo, dal recupero del mezzo alla restituzione. Il Caddy ha funzionato sempre perfettamente, e per una donna che viaggia sola come me è molto importante (non ci capisco nulla di motori).Esperienza da ripetere!

È stata un'esperienza incredibile, unica e vera. Il van è spettacolare! Un grazie immenso a Iraida ed al suo compagno per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza! Grandissimi entrambi!

Ottima esperienza. Il mezzo: Peugeot boxer recente, comodo pulito e con bassi consumi e dimensioni contenute Il van: camperizzazione bella e funzionale, con fornello a due fuochi, lavandino, doccia posteriore e frigo a compressore. Viene poi fornito tutto il necessario per dormire e cucinare, sdraio e tavolo e sedie da esterno. E altro ancora. La proprietaria: gentilissima, risponde velocemente e ci ha dato buoni consigli sull’isola.

Henrie a loué notre camper avec sa fille pour une semaine. Le camper est revenu en parfait état d'extérieur comme d'intérieur. Henrie en plus d'être sympathique, est flexible et rend la communication pour l'organisation du voyage simple et agréable !Je le recommende les yeux fermés pour ses prochains voyages en van !!

Juan was an incredible host. Patient, helpful and clear in explaining both the operation of the van and the paperwork. The van was fully equipped and never gave any problems, even when we crossed the island through the mountains at an altitude of 1700 metres. I recommend everyone to have this experience with Juan's van, it will be an incredible memory.
