2 of the double beds are permanently made, to allow for comfort and practicality, and the third is made by lowering the living room table.

It has a very large area, with the kitchen close to the door to facilitate air circulation, plenty of storage space in the cupboards and in the basement, which can also be accessed from the inside.

The awning outside allows for great moments of leisure and dining in the shade.

The bathroom has a separate sink, which allows for greater practicality and can be used simultaneously.  

The 150L clean water tank allows for great autonomy.

The rental includes: ·

• Kitchen kit (plates, glasses, bowls, pans, cutlery, kitchen utensils) ·

• Cleaning cloth and floor cloths ·

• Cleaning kit (broom and dustpan, multipurpose) ·

• Toilet chemical ·

• Hose and accessories for water supply ·

• Protection in beds ·

• Disinfection with each rental

  Equipment rented separately:

• Towels/Bed Linen - €15 for each bed (sheets, pillows, blanket, towels)

• Outdoor Tables and Chairs/ Benches €15

• Charcoal grill and utensils - €15

• Baby car seat - €15

• Cleaning fee €50 (IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO IT) 

• Dump fee for dirty water and toilet cassette €50 (IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO IT)

  Check in from 9am, check out 4pm Rental conditions: The driver and contract holder must be at least 25 years old and have a 3-year driving license.  Photocopy of citizenship card and driving license.

   The price includes 100km per day. Additional km will cost €0.30 per km. It is possible to contract a package of 200km per day or unlimited km.

  *Observations: if deep cleaning of the upholstery is necessary, the price may be higher, requiring a quote. For example, having fried food or using condiments that require degreasing upholstery, walls and surfaces, the cost could be up to €400.00

  **For toll payments, half of the deposit amount will be retained, to check if there are any outstanding amounts. If they do not exist, or after regularization, the remainder will be sent by mbway or bank transfer, after 5 working days.
