The vehicle cannot be picked up until full payment and retention of the security excess has been made. The amount of the excess is set at 1500 € and can be paid in cash or by credit card. For the car with roof tent the security excess is 600€. Upon receipt of the vehicle, the amount of the excess will be blocked from the driver's card, which will cover any damage or loss of the vehicle and its equipment during the rental period. The guarantee will be fully refunded at the end of the rental if no damage is found. The release of the amount can take up to 14 days depending on the bank issuing the card. Our company does not accept debit cards to bind the security deposit amount. Our company has the right to claim compensation for damages even five working days after the delivery of the vehicle by the renter, because it takes time to examine all the components of the vehicle. The amount of the security excess covers the liability for the renter's obligations arising from any accident or damage as well as any additional expenses (traffic violations, emptying the toilet, filling the fuel tank, etc.). The renter is fully liable and obliged to compensate in full the amount of the guarantee for any damage not covered by the relevant insurance policy, even it exceeds the amount of the insurance guarantee.

Assistenza stradale
Se il veicolo viene immobilizzato a seguito di un guasto o di un incidente, sarai coperto dall'assistenza fornita dal noleggiatore. Un numero dedicato ti permetterà di contattare la compagnia di assistenza e ti informerà sulle fasi della gestione.

Pagamento sicuro
Quando paghi su Yescapa, la remunerazione del proprietario del veicolo viene conservata in un portafoglio unico e sicuro fino al giorno successivo alla partenza del veicolo. Quindi, niente brutte sorprese, il proprietario ti attenderà il giorno della partenza per condividere il proprio veicolo. Pochi giorni dopo, la remunerazione arriva sul conto bancario del proprietario.

Garanzia di partenza
Se non puoi partire a causa di un guasto del veicolo o per motivi legati al proprietario, il nostro team ti proporrà dei veicoli alternativi che potranno soddisfare le tue esigenze di viaggio oppure riceverai un rimborso completo.
