Hi, I'm 26, I live in Leeds, and I love travelling. I have enjoyed it since the age of 18 and buying a motorhome has just been an extension of this passion. Me and my girlfriend bought this and made it our own and I want to share this experience with anyone who wants to have a great holiday, wherever that may be. We've taken it through the alps for three months while I was teaching my girlfriend how to snowboard and we've also been through Italy and Spain in the sunshine. We love all destinations and enjoy wherever we decide to go. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
William was a really relaxed person to deal with, he answered all our questions and on the day of collection made sure to go through all the features of the van with us and make sure we understood how everything operated, during the rental we text messaged him one question that was answered straight away. the van 'Woody' was more than adequately equiped and as we were only two people there was loads of space. the van has everything you need with cleaning materiels and a supply of herbs, spices, tea and coffee. there is also a selecion of cards and a chess set and hairdryer and tongs which my wife appreciated. all in all its a great van, just be aware it is not brand new and is starting to show some wear and tear on the outside but its perfect inside, and very easy to drive. We would certainly rent from William again
Will was great to deal with and really helped me along as I was a motorhome rental virgin. Hiring "Woody" was the perfect opportunity to experience the camping life outside a tent for me and the family, ultimately to see if we would like to invest in our own motorhome.
The experience was great and I would recommend Will to anyone wishing to enjoy the motorhome life
It was our first experience in a campervan and only on Day 2 of our 5 days trip, we had a minor incident. Had the owner not been so professional and comforting, it could have been so stressful and it could have ruined everything. Big thanks to Will for all his help, we really enjoyed every moment (apart from having to wait for RAC in the Isle of Skye).
William's calmed approach and the swift response was certainly commendable, without which our holiday would have been a mess. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
We took our little 3 year old boy down to the south coast for 10 days, he loved it. The van was faultless and very comfortable. We never would have been abel to travel so far because he doesn't travel well but was very happy just sitting watching the world go by. William was very helpfull and only a phone call away if we had any questions.
William was lovely and helpful and generally nice! He was pretty laid back and made the whole experience more enjoyable.
Woody is an absolute beast, we were surprised at how much space there was and the storage was amazing. The king size overcab bed gave us the best two nights’ sleep of the year.
Definitely recommend filming or writing a list as Will goes through the technical stuff as there’s so much to remember! Glad we did.
We had a great experience taking Woody up to Scotland! The interior is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped enough for a family of 5, plus the stove provided a lovely warmth in the evenings. The camper itself is easy to drive and park with the rear mounted camera. Very straightforward arranging things with William too -- we would definitely make another trip in the future!
This was our first time holidaying in a motorhome and we wasn’t disappointed. Communication with William was great, he responded very quickly to all our questions!! There was ample space inside Woody for us (2 adults 1 child and a small dog) we would definitely recommend William and Woody, the whole process from start to finish was well organised and problem free.
Had a fantastic time with my wife and two daughters aged 7 and 4 traveling to the Peak District. Very exciting for the young ones and us grown ups truth be told! Really well equipped motor home with everything you’ll need on a short escape from home. Will was very communicative and a great person to deal with. Top guy, top motorhome. Likely to hire from him again.
We couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience from William from start to finish. Communication throughout was brilliant and William was always available to coach us through the operating instructions that we weren’t sure of to ensure we got the best out of ‘Woody’ during our family holiday.
We hired Woody for a 4 night stay in the Forest of Dean- 2 adults and 3 children. The motorhome drives like a dream and is very economical- it coped with the steep hills with ease and was perfectly manoeuvrable throughout some very tight country lanes.
Inside, Woody is perfectly equipped to ensure that we had enough space and amenities to enjoy a true ‘home from home’ experience, comfortably sleeping all of us in a mixture of a huge super king size bed above the drivers cabin, a generous double in the middle and a full single bed to the rear. The motorhome was spotlessly clean and modern.
I highly recommend William and Woody to anyone looking for a truly stress free experience in a reliable and comfortable motorhome.
Whilst the motorhome itself is absolutely perfect for a great holiday, for us, the way in which William looked after us really made our experience truly fantastic!
Will’s motorhome served us very reasonably on our trip. We covered a lot of miles during a couple of weeks and the ride was comfortable and durable throughout both hot and cold climates, just as Will details in the description. Throughout the journey, we found that maintaining a conservative 55mph/90kmh proved to be the sweet spot for Woody’s fuel consumption!
Will has modified the interior quiet a lot and the additional personable furnishings proved very comfy and homely. When it got cold, the biofuel fireplace was very efficient and made a great job of keeping us cosy at night. The top bunk bedding was comfy and easy for a good nights sleep. We had lots of options available to us, from ample storage compartments, a spacious converted lounge area, even a rack for the bikes and a comfortable amount of general space to move around in while preparing meals between the two of us.
Will took such good care of us from start to finish. There were times we couldn’t work out how to solve a few operating issues and he was able to quickly work with us to figure out and resolve things. He was quick to get to know us and what we were looking for in a trip and how Woody could be of service. Will was very helpful, keen with attention to serving our requirements and easy to work with to achieve a great holiday.
Having tried various other camping/glamping style options, this was the first time where we used a motorhome.
It took us a couple of days to adjust to living in and effectively driving (quite a few miles) all within the same vehicle but once a routine was set for the transition between sleeping, eating and then getting back on the road or day out, then we found the motorhome set-up very efficient and a total adventure. For anyone that hasn’t tried motorhoming, try it out with Woody for the approachable homeliness. If you’ve tried it before, hire Woody for his uniqueness, fun accessories and added traveller atmosphere.
With everything considered, our trip with Woody was all the adventure we could have expected and hoped for… and a little bit more.
William was great, very friendly and accommodating. He offers a great value deal for his van with everything included. The van itself was in tip-top shape, the engine starts immediately, ran very very well, and it was a pleasure to drive. Interior was clean, well-packed, and full of usefull items. Handy little instruction booklet to reference if you can't remember things from his pick-up briefing. Some nice touches such as a little herb garden nestled on the inside of the door! Well reccomended.
Loved renting out this Motorhome for the week. Nothing but amazing service from first contact with the owner.
The home really was a home from Home and we soon adapted to Motorhome life- even with a 9year Old & 6month Old Baby! We travelled to Cornwall and the drive was very comfortable. Everything was on board that we needed. The owner even made lists incase we were stuck with anything which were a great help. Thankyou so much. Highly recommended and will be using again in the future!!
Rude man from the very first meeting with Rafael. Complained every day about non-existent issues and tried to fraud me out of money saying he needed to get the brakes replaced (they worked completely fine upon return). He also damaged the back side bumper and did not care. Worst experince from a hirer I have had and would strongly advise against letting him use your motorhome/campervan.
Ryan and Kate took good care of my motorhome, returning it clean and in perfect condition. They were considerate throughout the rental and flagged some issues that have helped me improve my motorhome for future rentals. Would highly reccommend. Thanks again guys, hope to see you back in Leeds again for another trip!
