1. Toilet cassette MUST be completely empty and cleaned upon return. (Charges will apply).

2. Please empty the wastewater tank upon return.

3. Please bring your own duvets/sheets\sleeping bags and pillows. Clean mattress protectors are provided.

4. A full tank of fuel will be provided and should be returned with a full tank. (Charges will apply).

5. pet allowed but extra charge

6. Pick up time is 3pm and drop off is between 9am and 11am when your booking ends.

7. Please seek permission before attending festivals.

8. A cleaning charge will be applied if the motorhome is returned in un-clean condition.

9. No large, same sex groups.

As we supply our own insurance we need to carry out DVLA checks on all drivers. For this, you will be required to send us a picture of all drivers licence (front and back) with the DVLA CHECK CODE which you can get from https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence . Also two utility bills dated within the past 3 month which can be bank statement, council tax bill, water bill, gas/electric bill. Please send this 2 weeks before hire.

Additional charges if the hiring rules aren't maintained:

Fuel refill cost plus: £25 Toilet cassette needing emptied: £50 Grey waste needing emptied: £25 Vehicle clean inside: £75 Grille / hob / fridge clean: £60 Pet Hair on furniture: £100 Evidence of smoking: £250-£500 (please don't smoke) Missing items/breakages: £ cost of item replacement

We know it is too much hassle to make sure you have everything for your journey, that's why we made it easier for you by providing everything you need, we only require you to bring your own bedding/linen/tea towels/towels, cleaning products and good mood :)

7 seater with 7 seatbelts Sleeps 5 1 Fixed Double bed 2 Bunk beds (bottom folds up to allow more garage space if required, no bikes permitted in this area or large items that may damage this area) Dining area (which also turns into a single bed) Bathroom with Shower. Gas hobs, oven, Fridge freezer, solar power for longer off road stays, smart TV.

There is off road parking available for the hirer to leave their car at my location.

Comes with most essentials, all as in photos, upgraded security locks and alarms , stereo with apple play. Additional usb sockets etc.

The rear is setup for single bunk to be used, at present, which allows for more storage in the rear, if both bunk beds are required, the lower bed, folds down. we’ve had our best holidays in this van and hope you’ll do to.

There is an optional Cleaning fee. if you don't require please be aware that it must be returned as you receive it.

Come with bottle of gas. Refill is at hirers expense.
